A fresh school leaver, Lasitha started his career at Toyota Lanka in 2011 as an Executive-Operation in the spare parts department. Natural leadership, creativity & people skills helped him excel at his core function of brand development. With his background in operations and growing experience in marketing Lasitha became an Assistant Manager – Marketing in 2017 and leads in crafting and executing marketing plans for the brands, Toyota Genuine Parts, Toyota Genuine Motor Oil, Toyota Genuine Battery, and Pirelli. In 2013, he was authorized as a promoter for the global TOYOTA Parts operation standardization programme “Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen DPOK” for Sri Lanka, trained at Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan. Lasitha’s most recent venture branches out to employee training & development where he serves as an authorized trainer for TOYOTA Global parts training programmer “Parts 21” by Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan. His project scope also includes; new branch establishments, business expansions via new products, company CSR, corporate events, and Marketing. Above everything, he is an ardent dog-lover and likes to spend time with his best buddies cherry and Jury.

Annalize began her professional journey at Toyota Lanka in 2014 right after school as a Project Coordinator for the 4th local Toyota Dream Car Art Contest. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK . She is currently serving as a staff Officer in the Corporate Planning and Marketing Group, coordinating the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest and is involved in marketing and communication activities of the company. Annalize is a young enthusiastic individual who enjoys singing, playing musical instruments, public speaking and community service.
