Toyota Lanka hosted its Annual Business Strategy Conference (Hoshin) commonly known as Prep Rally 2026 on 22nd June 2026 at Shangri-La bringing together the organization’s leadership, management and managerial members for the strategic direction, alignment, and future growth wheeling on to Vision 2030.
Prep rally welcomed key observers and as guests from Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan, Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific Singapore, Toyota Laos Co., Ltd., and Toyota Myanmar Co., Ltd whilst it was connected for other parts of the world via Online.
Event highlighted Toyota Lanka’s VISION 2030, outlining the direction for the company’s long-term growth, sustainment and strategic priorities. During day long session, each SBU shared its aligned strategic goal as Hoshin Kanri and Divisional actions as Nichijo Kanri alignment towards Hoshin Vision.
