The Mini Technician’s Day at Toyota Lanka Wattala was a blast, featuring the Toyota Mini Workshop, Mini Body & Paint Center, and loads of fun activities for kids.
From hands-on learning to exciting games, the day was filled with laughter, smiles, and unforgettable memories.

Leadership Excellence Development Program for 45 under 45 awardees

We were honored to host the Leadership Excellence Development Program for the prestigious ’45 Under 45′ awardees at Toyota Lanka, Wattala, on August 30th, 2024, in collaboration with the Global CEO Forum. A total of 50 CEOs, prominent business leaders, and renowned academics joined us to explore Toyota Lanka’s strategic approach to excellence and our unique working culture. The awardees gained valuable insights into Toyota’s global management practices, workflow, and culture, enhancing their leadership skills. The event was graced by distinguished figures, including Sachio Yotsukura (Chairman of Toyota Lanka), Manohara Atukorala (MD/CEO of Toyota Lanka), Anura Siriwardena (Chairman of the Global CEO Forum), and Prof. Dewasiri N. Toyota Lanka Annual Business Strategy Conference – Prep Rally 2024

On 2nd July 2024, Toyota Lanka held its Annual Business Strategy Conference, Prep Rally 2024, at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, focusing on presenting the VISION 2030 of Toyota Lanka. This year’s theme was “TQM Linked Strategy Development for Operational Excellence.” The conference welcomed seven visitors from Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan and Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific Singapore, alongside Toyota Lanka Top Management and managers. Toyota Lanka department heads shared their yearly Hoshin Kanri with the attendees. The event concluded with an afterparty and evening dinner, celebrating the fellowship of all members.

On March 28, 2023, Toyota Lanka held its 15th Annual Dealer Convention at Shangri-La Resort & Spa, Hambantota, honoring 300 authorized partners. The event, themed “Faster. Stronger. Forward.”, recognized exceptional sales performance for 2022/2023. Chairman Mr. Sachio Yotsukura and MD/CEO Mr. Manohara Atukorala presented awards and cash rewards in six categories. Highlights included Auto World winning Best Performer, Sterling Automobiles as Runner Up, and Auto Miraj Group topping the Service Chain category. Toyota Lanka also launched the latest Toyota Genuine Motor Oil and introduced the new Accelera Tyres, known for their quality and affordability.

Toyota Lanka Unveils State-of-the-Art Fulfillment Center

On December 14, 2022, Toyota Lanka celebrated 70 years of Japan-Sri Lanka diplomatic relations by inaugurating a cutting-edge Fulfillment Center in Mahara. The $15 million facility, spanning 30,000 sq. meters, enhances island-wide dealer support, and optimizes the supply chain, boosting customer convenience. Equipped with a 13,000 sq. meter storage area, it houses genuine parts, lubricants, accessories, and over 300 vehicles. Highlighted as South Asia’s model center, it features multi-mode delivery and digital inventory systems. The event was graced by President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Japanese Ambassador Mizukoshi Hideaki, marking a significant milestone for Toyota Lanka.
