Lê Văn Công is a veteran Vietnamese Paralympic weightlifter whose indomitable spirit led him to become the first Vietnamese athlete to win a Paralympic gold medal. Born with a congenital limb disability, Công has defied all odds and gone on to represent Vietnam on the world stage time and again.
HIS Cause
Công has not only dedicated his life to excelling in sports but also advocating his belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover what they’re capable of. Through his Dual Hero Project, he opens possibilities for those who need it most, to uncover their potential.
Sport gave him a path forward. Now he’s building that same path for others.
