University of Colombo undergraduate students in the JICA Chair Program 2024/25 had an invaluable learning experience at Toyota Lanka!
The visit was joined by Ms. Yuri Ide (Senior Representative, JICA Sri Lanka) and Mr. Paranthanan (Senior Research Officer, JICA), along with the Vice Chancellor of University of Colombo and the Director of the International Office. Through this field visit, they gained insights into the history of Toyota, business models, management strategies, and its transformation from an automotive manufacturer to a leader in mobility solutions.
