3.Interview Process

If you’re a good fit, we’ll contact you to conduct an initial interview by phone, which may be followed by video or in-person interviews which followed by a series of Assessment Centre based selection process which will be that your career redefining or changing recruitment process of elite recruiter.

4.Selection

After the series of Assessment Centres, if selected, we’ll extend you a conditional offer or the engagement letter. Then, pending a successful background check, (and, in some cases, a medical), your offer will be confirmed and a start date will be set.
