About the Program

TLAA currently offers a structured In-Plant Automotive Technician Training Program designed for university and technical college students pursuing automotive engineering. This program emphasizes hands-on mechanic training over traditional classroom lectures, ensuring real-world exposure in a professional workshop environment.

We welcome new batches twice a year, offering a limited number of placements based on workshop capacity.

  • Duration: 6 months

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be currently enrolled in a recognized diploma, degree, or NVQ Level 4 or higher in Automotive Engineering
  • Be aged between 18–30 years.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show a genuine passion for automotive technology and professional growth.
